Novus Energy Inc. is a junior Canadian energy company engaged in the exploration, acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. On March 31, 2009 Novus’ predecessor, Regal Energy Ltd., closed a common share offering by private placement for gross proceeds of $13,875,000.

Parallel with the closing, the Company gained a new and experienced management team consisting of Hugh Ross, President and CEO, Ketan Panchmatia, VP, Finance and CFO, Greg Groten, VP, Exploration, Julian Din, VP, Business Development and Jack Lane, VP, Operations. As well, Hugh Ross and Michael Halvorson were appointed to the board of directors, which now includes Harry L. Knutson, Al J. Kroontje, Larry C. Mah and A. Bruce Macdonald.

Going forward the Company will execute a growth strategy focused on consolidation within the junior oil and gas sector, and achieving profitable annual growth via low operating costs and high netback properties.
